Performance degradation of a proton exchange membrane fuel cell with dual ejector-based recirculation

چکیده

Effective water management is particularly critical for fuel cells fed by hydrogen/oxygen. An ejector an optimal device the gas recirculation subsystem of a proton exchange membrane cell (PEMFC) and usually adopted auxiliary drainage hydrogen/oxygen stacks. To explore performance degradation operating in dual ejector-based mode both anode cathode, dynamic characteristics purging PEMFC was studied experimentally effects electrolyte strategy on were investigated detail using measurement polarization curves, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS), cyclic voltammetry (CV), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) images electrode assembly (MEA) cross sections. The results indicated that with Nafion® 212 has better than dead-ended mode, total surface area (ECSA) rates 10.61% 17.02%, respectively. can accelerate removal liquid from flow channel, avoiding flooding deterioration during long-term operation..
